Reprocessed Plastics, Inc. is a leading USA custom manufacturer and fabricator of recycled HDPE plastic parts and products from extruded sheet located in Minnesota. Working with RPI we are able to reduce labor, waste and shipping costs by having RPI machine our bases and then ship them directly to us. By having RPI cut and machine the sheets into our bases it also keeps HDPE plastic scrap out of the landfill.
The only process we have to do in house is to create the countersink into the base so that the fastener doesn't scratch your furniture.
